Cecelia Purser (Darlene), 93 passed away July 2nd, 2021 at her home in Arvada. Preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Elmer E Purser and her son Robert J Purser (Sherri). Survived by 3 children, Maxine F Sibayan (Jerry), David Purser (Valerie) and Esther Williams (David). 13 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 7 great, great grandchildren. She met her husband while working as a welder in the shipyards during world war II in Seattle Washington, he was a sailor in harbor there. Years later, she worked as the head housekeeper at the Brown Palace hotel. She also worked at the concession stand for the Denver Bronco games, and front gate ticket taker at Six Flags Elitch Gardens. She was an avid gardener at her first home where she had flowers galore. Her loves were to gamble in Blackhawk, going for rides to see Christmas lights and shopping at thrift stores, she loved a good bargain. She will be missed by all. Cecelia Darlene Purser was born on September 10th, 1927 Intement service will be held at Fort Logan national Cemetery at 4400 W Kenyon Avenue, Denver Colorado 80236 on Tuesday August 3rd at 2:15PM
