Cecil Allen Bay

Cecil A Bay: 95, of Lakewood Colorado Cecil was born on December 12, 1917 in Lamar, Colorado and went home to be with his Lord on Thursday, July 4th, 2013 at the Westland Meridian, in Lakewood, Colorado. He is survived by Daughters: Mary K Barnett, of Aurora, MO; Georgia (Al) Risinger of Gold Canyon, AZ; Susan (Dennis) Horner, of Golden; Margaret (Dennis) Bostow of Lakewood; Janet (Al) Holman of Arvada; Son: Warren (Karel) Bay of Arvada; Daughter-in-law: Bonnie Bay, of Phoenix, AZ; and Son-in-law: Jim Kinney of Aurora, CO. Twenty-One (21) Grandchildren, Thirty-Four (34) Great Grandchildren, and Nine (9) Great-Great Grandchildren, along with numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his Wife, Georgina Bay, and three children, a Son, Glen Bay, and two Daughters, Barbara (Stanley) Mitchell and Martha Kinney. He served our country in the United States Navy during World War II on numerous ships including the USS Bunker Hill aircraft carrier. Visitation: Thursday, July 11th, 2013 at Aspen Mortuary, 1350 Simms, Lakewood from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Graveside Services will be held on Friday, July, 12th, 2013 at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Staging Area C at 2:15 pm. Please arrive by 2:00pm, if you are attending. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2013 at 11:00am, Applewood Baptist Church, 11200 W 32nd Ave., Wheat Ridge, Colorado 80033.
