Cecil Burl Williams 93, passed away November 25, 2014. Survived by his loving wife, Frankie of 73 years; daughters, Claudette (Scott) Welch and Gay (Frank) Riley; three grandchildren, Shay Pedersen, Devin (Kathryn) Welch and Josh (Stacie) Riley and seven great-grandchildren, Kendell, Leah and Brody Pedersen, Mia and Dawson Welch, Wade Riley and McKenna Harris. Memorial to be held at Mountain Avenue Church of Christ, 2848 N. Mtn. Ave., Friday, December 19, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to TMC Hospice Peppi's House, 2715 N.
