Chad Everett Allen, age 42, Jacksonville, Florida, died Wednesday, September 23, 2009 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Chad was born September 10, 1967 in Jacksonville, FL. He is the son of the late Wendell Allen and the late Shirley Jeanne (Gillyard) Owens. Chad was a Licensed Plumber who loved to fish and loved the beach. He was very athletic and a natural at all sports he played. One of his favorite sayings to his sons was "I Love You To The Moon and back times infinity". He Loved southern rock and roll and was sure to sing you a tune. His favorite dog was a Red Nose Pit and they came in handfuls. His favorite saying was "Petey's got my smell". Chad was always referred to as "Cadillac Chad", which was a nick name given to him by his Uncle Vernon. He loved life and lived everyday to the fullest. Chad was the youngest of four children, he was preceded in death by his brother James Gordon Ennis. He is survived by his sons Mathew Shane Allen of Jacksonville, FL and Christian Everett Allen of Macclenny, FL; sister: Judith Ennis (Jimmy) Owens of Jacksonville, FL and brother: Leroy Ennis of Middleburg, FL., and by many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, and Nephews.
