Chad Ryan Levi, 52, passed away on Saturday, November 25, 2023. Chad was born May 26, 1971, to Joe Levi and Barbara Jones Levi in Lexington, Kentucky. In addition to his mother, Barbara Jones Levi of Versailles, Chad is survived by his daughter, Madison Joest of Versailles; a sister, Michele (Scott) Simpson of Versailles; and his brother, Allen (Margaret) Levi of Danville. Chad was preceded in death by his father, Joe Levi. A Graveside Service will be held 10:00am, on Thursday, November 30, 2023, at Sunset Memorial Gardens Chapel, in Frankfort, Kentucky. Allen Levi, Scott Simpson, Trenton Simpson, Chase Simpson, Ethan Hall and Marty Ritchey will serve as Pallbearers. Visitation will be from 5:00pm until 7:00pm, on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, at Clark Funeral Home, Rose Hill, in Versailles, Kentucky. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests Memorial Contributions be made to the Woodford County Humane Society, 265 Thomas Lane, Versailles, KY 40383.
