Chance Daytona Mauter, 17, of Meridian Idaho, passed away at his home on September 2, 2021.Chance was born on July 16, 2004 in Boise. Chance was an excellent student and attended Rocky Mountian High School, class of 2022. He was leaning towards a future in law enforcement or business. He was employed by McDonalds on Fairview Avenue for the last 2 years. Chance loved gaming on his PS4 and PC. He also enjoyed playing D&D with his friends. He had a passion for music, Dutch Brothers, and pizza. Chance had the kindest of souls and the most caring heart. Chance leaves behind his loving father, James and his loving mother, Louise. He left behind his four legged siblings Gulliver, Rebel, Luckee, Lucy and Zoë. He also left behind his best friend Brody Moerer. Chance was cremated on September 8, 2021 during a private ceremony. A celebration of his life will be on Sunday September 19, 2021 from 4-6 P.M. at Summers Funeral Home 3629 E. Ustick Rd., Meridian, Idaho.
