Chandler Paul Williams

Chandler Paul Williams, 21, died March 31, 2019 at Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas.He was born July 25, 1997 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and resided briefly in New Jersey prior to finding the majesty of Colorado in 2008. Chandler was a Servant Leader, having a heart for people. He demonstrated this by serving on the Colorado Springs Police Department, participating in Fire Explorers and mentoring students at Abilene Christian University. Where he was a Resident Assistant with a large sphere of influence throughout the campus. Chandler is survived by his mother and father, Kim and Kurt Williams; sister, Savannah; paternal grandmother, Josephine Walter; maternal grandfather and grandmother, Charles and Sheila Kelley; his great-grandmother, Margie Ellis; uncles, Brian (Janice) Williams and Mitchell Kelley; and his aunt, Kelly (Randy) Pias.He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Edgar Williams.Chandler will be honored at Services conducted by Pastor David Grothe.Funeral Service, 11:00AM, April 11, 2019, World Prayer Center at New Life Church, 11005 Voyager Parkway, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80921.Interment, immediately following, Evergreen Cemetery, 1005 Hancock Expressway, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80903.
