January 11th, 1951 - May 25th, 2014
"Belchertown - Charles N. Colasurdo, 63, of Belchertown passed away on May 25, 2014 at Baystate Medical Center after a long battle with cancer. He was born January 11, 1951 in Lyons, NY, son of Anthony and Alice Colasurdo of Clyde, NY. He will be deeply missed by his wife of 38 years Kathleen (O'Toole) Colasurdo and his four sons, Ryan (Kate) of NY, Kevin (Raquel) of CT, Michael of CT, and Brendan of Belchertown. He also leaves behind three siblings Karlene Freyn, Steve Colasurdo, Diane Colasurdo all of Western, NY, and father and mother in-law Daniel and Margaret O'Toole, along with many nieces and nephews. He moved to Belchertown in July of 1998 and previously lived in Clifton Park, NY. Most recently, Chuck worked as an inventory accountant for Gulf Oil in Framingham, MA. Chuck will always be remembered as a compassionate husband, father and friend with an unforgettable smile and contagious laugh. Calling hours will be Saturday, May 31, 2014 from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm at the Beers & Story Belchertown Funeral Home.
