Obituary Charles Loren Collins, age 82 of Fort Collins, passed away Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at his home with family at his side. Charles was born May 28, 1939 in Fort Collins, Colorado to Elton and Helen Collins. He graduated from Fort Collins High School. Chuck married Gloria Lee Jung and together they made their home in Fort Collins. Charles was a jack of all trades and loved every one of them. Chuck started his working career as a florist, then went into the family business of Collins Sewing Center before opening Farleys Fountain in downtown Ft. Collins. Chuck then owned Collins Upholstery before heading out to Amherst, Colorado to continue the family farm. Charles is preceded in death by his sisters Nadine Forester, Nancy Tempalski and grandson Loren Rutz. He is survived by his loving wife Gloria, his two children Mark (Kelly) Collins, and Chris (Larry) Rutz. Services will be held at 10am, Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at Vessey Funeral Service Chapel, 8760 6th Street, Wellington, Colorado. Graveside service to follow at noon, Grandview Cemetery, Fort Collins. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the American Cancer Society.
