Charles James Greer Jr.

Charlie James Greer, Jr, 63, of Charlotte, NC passed away on November 11, 2015 after a valiant two-year struggle with brain cancer. He is survived by a large and loving family to include his 3 children, Mary Ann, Matthew Ryan and Sarah Margaret Greer; his mother Mary Snow Greer; his sisters, Wanda Brackett (David) and Rachel Mullinax (Kenneth); his brother Frank Greer (Missy); and his fianc", Debby Gathings; numerous nieces and nephews; and four "special grandchildren." Charlie was born in Charlotte on February 22, 1952 to his parents Charlie and Mary Snow Greer. He was a 1970 graduate of Myers Park High School and served in the US Army. He was a loving father, caring friend, a great brother and will be missed by everyone he touched. Memorial services will be held at J.B. Tallent Funeral Services on November 14, 2015 at 2:00 PM , with visitation to be held prior to the service at 12:45 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations may be made in his name to the Mountain Laurel Moravian Fellowship (P.O.
