CHARLES J. LENZ “BUTCH” age 71 of Johnson Creek, passed away at his home in Johnson Creek on Sunday August 26, 2018. He was born on June 27, 1947 in Fort Atkinson, to Charles and Elayne (Schulz) Lenz. He married Janet Walther on November 14, 1970, she preceded him in death on November 19, 1999. Butch had been employed at Friskies until his retirement. He enjoyed tractors and going to the Thresheree. He also loved cars and was a long time member of 4H. He is survived by his family Son Michael (Amanda) Lenz of Fort Atkinson, Daughters Teresa Whitmyer of Colorado Springs, CO and Sarah (Zachary) Cole of Fort Drum, New York. Sisters Charlayne (Kent) Kiesling of Neenah, Carolyn Riddell of Fort Atkinson, Christine (Roger) Nordberg of Jefferson, Roxann (Richard) Hotchkiss of Fort Atkinson, Roslyn (Eric) Wedl of Jefferson and brother Gary Lenz of Brookfield. One grandson Conor Lenz. Many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Charles and Elayne, his wife Janet Lenz, and daughter Heather Lenz.
