Charles Green Smith
June 15th, 1931 - November 14th, 2012
Charles G. Smith (USAF SMSgt Ret.) Went to be with the Lord on November 14, 2012. Charles was born in Social Circle, Georgia on June 15, 1931. He was 81. Charles proudly served in the U.S. Air Force for 20 years and was also a U.S. Postal Carrier for 21 years. Charles spent 10 years volunteering at the Disabled Amercan Veterans. Charles is survived by his sisters, Betty Hawk and Sue Ellis, of Walton County, Georgia; his children, Donna Hicks, Charles Smith, Susan Neer, Deborah Branch, Lynne Smith and Sandra Lineberger. Charles also left behind nine loving grandchildren, Charles, David, Cory, Ashlynn, Heather, Alex, Skyler, Andrea and Tonya. He will truly be missed by all those who knew and loved him. We love you Dad! Until we meet again. Memorial Mass 10:30 AM, Saturday, December 8, 2012 at Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church, 1800 S. Kolb Rd.
