Charles Clarence Ziegler
January 7th, 1943 - March 24th, 2018
Charles C. Ziegler, of Bradenton, passed surrounded by loved ones on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at the age of 75. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Mr. Ziegler retired to Manatee County from San Antonio, TX, in 1986 after proudly serving in the United States Air Force for over 23 years. He was a SMSgt. Mr. Ziegler owned a sunglass booth at the Red Barn Flea Market in Bradenton and operated that for 23 years. He is survived by Kathleen, his loving wife of almost 50 years; his five children, Deborah Vaughan of Sarasota, Teresa Harshbarger of Cocoa, Cindy Covington of Sarasota, William “Billy” Ziegler of Bradenton, and Robert Ziegler of Bradenton; and his eight grandchildren, Ryan, Jennifer, Jacob, Brittani, Christopher, Timothy, William “Billy” and Joshua. A private family service will be held at Sarasota National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation.
