GIFFORD, Charlotte Ann (Gibson), age 71, went to be with her family in Heaven on Saturday, May 27, 2017. She is survived by her children and their families, Gennie Slatton (Joshua and Hannah), Janie Smith (Riccardo, Sr. and Brandon), Wilbur “Petey” Gifford (Cari, Pete and Jacob), and Christine McNeil (Justin and Bear); her life partner, Donald Martinez and his family, Deborah Pancoast (Megan and Matthew) and Donna Gardella; her brothers, Charles “Spud” Gibson and Russell Gibson; and her most ardent protector, Nikki and his siblings, Lucky and Penny. Charlotte will now be laughing in Heaven with her parents, Raymond and Myrtle Gibson, and her siblings, Louise Gibson, Nadine Ledbetter, Gilbert Gibson, Shirley Rader, and Kathleen Gibson.
