Charlotte Shirley Regina Sanford

Sanford, Charlotte Shirley R. 78, of Seminole. Passed away peacefully on Dec. 9, 2010 at Woodside Hospice in Pinellas Park, FL. Born on October 11, 1932 in Mabscott, WV, the daughter of Frank and Myrtle King. She is survived by her husband Charles Sanford, 3 Sons, Danny Sanford of Clearville, PA, Ron Sanford and Chris Sanford of Seminole, FL. 2 Daughters, Linda Price of Seminole, FL and Dwana Poole of Clinton, MD. 2 Sisters, Elcie King Adams, Loretta Teburg and a Brother, Ramond Del King of Beckley, WV. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 21 Great Grandchildren. She was predeceased by 1 Son, 5 Brothers and 1 Sister. Charlotte was known for her love of gardening, cooking and Country Music. In her earlier years she enjoyed watching her husband perform as a Steel Guitar Player at local Baltimore, MD venues for Tammy Wynett, Ernest Tubb and the other touring Country Music acts that visited Baltimore. In her later years she really enjoyed transferring the wealth of knowledge that she had acquired over her 78 years to her children and grandchildren. She will be best remembered for the love she had for her family and care and acceptance she offered to those in which she came in to contact. She will be remembered with the absolute most love and admiration. Services are to be held at E. James Reese Funeral Home and Crematory, December 18, 2010 from 2PM to 5PM.
