Chelsey Anne Castillo

In the early afternoon on Sunday August 7th, 2022 the world lost Chelsey Anne Castillo. She was born in Plymouth, NH on September 16th, 1986 to Alicia Cole and Douglas Hunter Jr. Always warm and social, Chelsey made friends everywhere she went. She was awarded an associates degree from The College of the Redwoods in 2015. After receiving her degree, she worked in a number of fields that allowed her to help animals and people, while pursuing a career as a nurse. Although her life took her in many different directions, the constant theme was her desire to improve the lives of others. Whether she worked for a non profit or was rescuing stray animals, Chelsey was all heart. Chelsey was preceded in death by her grandfathers William Cole and Douglas Hunter. She is survived by her grandmothers Nadine Cole and Florence Hunter, her parents Alicia Cole and Douglas Hunter Jr, as well as her brother, half sisters, step sisters, nephews, cousins, and her partner, Quince Brooks. A funeral service will be held on Friday August 12 at Tribute & Tallent Funerals & Cremations at 2pm. In lieu of flowers, please donate to a local animal rescue.
