Cherlyn Kay Mix was born on November 14, 1956 in Decatur, Indiana to Kenneth Lehman and Mary MacAfee. She passed away too soon on June 28, 2021 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She is preceded in death by both of her parents. Cherlyn is survived by her loving husband of almost 47 years, David Mix, brothers; Kenneth (Skip) Lehman, Kevin Lehman, sisters; Cathy Herendeen, Pam Jacquay, children; Samantha Henning, Justin Mix and grandchildren; Michael Mix, Gabbie Henning, Tommy Henning, Daniel Henning, Mackenzie Mix and Peyton Mix. Cherlyn had a Bachelors in Medical Transcription but she was a jack of all trades and had various jobs until she retired. A viewing for Cherlyn will take place at Rustic Hills Baptist Church, 1927 N. Murray Blvd, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80915 on Thursday, July 15, 2021 from 9:00AM - 10:00AM with a funeral service immediatley following. Cherlyn was deeply loved by all who knew her and she will be missed dearly.
