On June 29, 2012, Chiu-Feng Lin passed away in Fairfax, VA. He was 83. As a native of Taipei, Taiwan, he retired from U.S. Army Technical Group after over 30 years of service. He is survived by his wife A-Tsu Chen Lin, his son Cheng-Tang Lin and wife Ann Lin; daughter Meng-chun Lin and her husband Edwin Sofinowski, daughter Joanna Chia-Chun Lin, daughter Li-Chun Moy and her husband Bruce Moy, son Hsien-Tang (HT) Lin; granddaughter Teresa Lin, and grandsons Karl Sofinowski, Justin Moy, and Adam Moy. A graveside service as a tribute to Chiu-Feng Lin is scheduled for 10:15 AM on Saturday August 4, 2012 at Fairfax Memorial Park Cemetery located at 9900 Braddock Road (cemetery entrance at Burke Station Road), Fairfax, VA.
