Chris Anderson
January 1st, 2001
Our beloved Chris Louis Anderson was entered into this world on January 12, 1989 at 11:07 a.m. in Paradise, California. Chris leaves behind his parents, Curtis Neil Duncan and Phyllis Anderson-Duncan; brother, Steven Ray Anderson; and sisters, Wynona Starr Anderson and Ellen Sylvia Anderson. Also his son/pet, Ozzie; grandparents, Curtis Anderson, Jr. of Lake County; James and Deborah Simonsen of Los Molinos, Calif.; great-grandparents, Andrew and Phyllis Dalson of Gerber, Calif.; uncles, Curtis Anderson III of Lake County, Ernesto Rodriguez of Los Angeles, Calif., Carston Duncan Jr. of Chico, Calif., and Richard Duncan of Chico, Calif; aunts, Rosalie Ramos of Chico, Calif., and Carla Duncan of Chico. Also many other great-aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Chris joins his beloved cousin, Randy Lee Dalson who passed on November 20, 2008. Chris was very active in sports. He loved football and basketball and played for four years for the Upper Lake Cougars. Chris was most happy spending time with his brother and sister, Starr, also with numerous friends. Chris also loved to tease his younger sister, Ellen. Chris taught his younger cousin, Mikey to play football and was very competitive when it came to competitions. Chris looked up to his teachers, Mr. Smith and Mr. Conrad, whom he liked to call "Toad." Chris also enjoyed playing his Playstation 3, eating seeds and drinking Pepsi. We know that Chris had much love for his entire family and good intentions in his heart, because Chris expressed this to his Aunt Sissie on December 2, during a conversation he had with her. He expressed that he had made many mistakes in his life, but that he had changed and wanted everyone to know that he loved them very much. Chris's precious smile, big heart and handsome face will be missed by all who knew him. His parents and loved ones want him to know that they love and miss him very much. Visitation will be held Friday, December 26th at Brusie Funeral Home, 626 Broadway, Chico. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, December 27, 2008 at Glen Oaks Memorial Park, 11115 Midway Street, Chico, Calif.
