Christian, 29, chose to end his journey on this Earth the week of April 19, 2024. He was born on October 26, 1994, in Pomona, California (though he proudly claimed LA as his home). Christian was a cherished friend, coworker, loving parent of Milly Nicole D. Wolfwood Avila (his cat), beloved family member, and an integral part of his community.

He will be remembered for his kindness, compassion, goofiness, and unwavering generosity. Throughout his life, Christian touched the lives of many with his infectious laughter and genuine warmth. Whether it was through a heartfelt conversation, a helping hand, or a simple smile, he had a profound impact on everyone he met.

He had a passion for Magic the Gathering, making music, watching anime (especially Jujutsu Kaisen, Spy x Family, Haikyu!!, Trigun, and Kuroko’s Basketball), and his enthusiasm was contagious. He approached every challenge with determination and a positive attitude, inspiring those around him to strive for their best.

Christian leaves behind a legacy of love and friendship that will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him. His departure has left a void in our hearts. While he may no longer be with us in body, his spirit will forever remain a guiding light for those who were fortunate enough to have known him.

Christian is survived by Milly Avila, his two brothers, Jonathan Avila and Bryan Avila, his parents, Edgardo Avila and Isabel Avila, and his many friends, who will carry his memory forward with love and reverence.

Thank you for the memories. Rest in peace, dear friend. You will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Pima Animal Care Center, Youth on Their Own, or the Florence Immigrant and Refugee Rights Project, causes that were close to Christian's heart.
