Christina Lee Stump

Christina Lee Matthews Stump, 57, of Port St. Lucie, Florida, passed away unexpectedly on Monday (April 25, 2016). She was born in Miami, Florida and had resided in Port Saint Lucie since 1990. Christina enjoyed spending time with her family and especially playing with her grandsons. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Stump; her father, Harry Matthews and mother, Flora Matthews. Christina Stump is survived by her daughter, Monica Sorenson and husband, Thomas, Michelle Olsen; grandsons, Oscar Sorenson and Lyrik Realmuto; sister, Cindy Guerrero and husband, Michael; a niece, Kendra Parrish and husband, Ryan; step-daughter, Denise Stump and step-son, Michael Stump; a step-granddaughter, Samantha Roy along with a soon to be great grandson, Noah Roy. A gathering of friends will take place on Tuesday (May 3, 2016) at Carter-Trent Funeral Home, downtown Kingsport in the ShareLife Room from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. A graveside service will follow at 2 p.m. at Holston View Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Carter-Trent Funeral Home, downtown Kingsport is serving the Stump family.
