Christine C. Miller

Christine C. Miller, age 46, passed away on Tuesday, February 6th after a lengthy illness with her loving family by her side. Christine was born on July 16th, 1971 in Amsterdam NY to Donna and Jeffrey Miller. She attended local schools and graduated from Amsterdam High School, going on to receive her Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education and then a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. She was an active parishioner of the United Methodist Church, where she taught Sunday School, and was involved with the United Methodist Women's Group, one of the thing she enjoyed was helping with the church dinners. Christine is survived by her devoted mother, Donna Miller of Amsterdam, two loving sisters Tara DaBiere of Fort Hunter, Jessica (Brian) Adamkoski of Mayfield, and brother Jerrod (Lisa) Miller of Amsterdam several very special aunts, uncles, and cousins. Also by her loving nieces and nephews; Gemma, Paige, Gabriella, Aiden, and Abigail, as well as her best friend, companion, and care giver Sue. Christine also is survived by her beloved fur babies Ashes, and Bagira. Christine was very proud of her independence often times taking great joy in her ability to walk to any destination of her heart's desire. She was truly inspirational; strong, selfless and always one to put others first. She will be truly missed. A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 12, 2018 at 11:00am at the United Methodist Church 347 Golf Course Rd, Amsterdam, NY. With Pastor Judith Humphrey-Fox officiating.
