Christine Taylor Ms. Taylor, age 81, of Charlotte, NC and Georges Mills, NH, died Saturday, August 17, 2013, at Emeritus at South Park. She was born on February 12, 1932, in Lowville, NY, a daughter of the late Russell Hall and Blanche E. Taylor. Christine grew up in Utica, NY, where she was a consummate musician and vocalist. She performed on stage, radio and accompanied choirs in churches and synagogues. Christine was married to William F. Bitzer for twenty-five years, and together they owned and managed retail stores in New England. They divorced in 1980. In her later life she had a career as a companion aide serving elderly clients and Alzheimer's patients. When in Georges Mills, NH, Christine had an idyllic setting living on Otter Lake for the last twenty-five years where she enjoyed friends and wildlife. Christine is survived by her sister, Beverly M. Tirsun of Charlotte, NC; her nephews David, Eugene, Joel, and Benjamin Montezinos; her half-brothers Reginald Taylor, Russell and Ronald Hall, and her half-sister Julia Hall; as well as dear friends Denise McCarthy and Glenn van dem Heuvel.
