FRANKLIN, Christopher Charles, 49, of Oro Valley, passed away suddenly on December 20, 2015, following several years of ill health. Chris was born in Paterson, NJ on September 28, 1966 to Virginia Pantano Richter and the late Charles William Franklin. In 1989, after receiving his Master's Degree from Alfred University, Alfred, NY, he moved to Tucson and worked with Developmentally Disabled adults at several agencies. His empathy, compassionate nature and generous spirit were abundant and knew no bounds. Chris is survived by his mother, Virginia Richter and stepfather, Marvin Richter of Tucson. He also leaves aunts, uncles, cousins, and a Goddaughter in NJ. A Visitation is planned for Monday, December 28, 2015, 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Avalon Chapel, 8090 N. Northern Avenue, Tucson. We will say our final "Good-byes" to Chris. May he rest in peace.
