Christopher Patrick Gannon-Silva, 55, of Sutter Creek, CA, passed away on Saturday, January 11, 2020. He was born in Jackson, CA on December 17, 1964 and was the beloved husband of Joseph Silva. Chris graduated from Amador High School in 1983 and was a track runner through high school. He held the highest score for a long term. He loved the ocean and dancing, and always had a smile on his face. His puppies were his whole world. He was a devoted son, husband, and friend, and will be missed by all. Chris is survived by his husband, Joseph Silva; mother, Ida Rettagliata; sisters, Terri Barry and Leslie (Bobby) Rettagliata-Ford; brother, Daniel (Dawn) Rettagliata; and many aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his father, Emmett Rettagliata; uncle, Apolonio Gonzales; and mother-in-law, Helen Silva. Friends are invited to attend a celebration of life at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, January 23, 2020 at Daneri Mortuary in Jackson, CA.
