November 27th, 1979 - February 4th, 2020
Christopher Leo Lindsey, 40, of Kingsport, passed away Tuesday, February 4, 2020, at the Holston Valley Medical Center. Christopher lived most of his life in Kingsport. He was the son of Charles Leo Lindsey (Letha Roberts) and Lynn Marshall and her husband Robert Marshall. Christopher was self -employed. He was preceded in death by one brother, Shawn Allen Lindsey; grandmothers, Annie Woods and Grace Lindsey; one cousin, Amon Inabitt. Survivors include one daughter, Haley Lindsey; three sisters, Angel White and her husband Michael, Monica Marshall and her husband Gwynn and Cynthia Lawson; grandfather Amon Lindsey and his wife Ethel; several nieces and nephews; several aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends. The family of Christopher Leo Lindsey will receive friends from 1 pm to 2 pm Monday, February 10, 2020, at Carter Trent Funeral Home, Church Hill. A graveside committal service will follow in the Church Hill Chapel with Rev. Trevor Knight officiating. Active pallbearers will be William Lindsey, Tim Thacker, Jeffery Marshall, Jeff Marshall, Michael White and Dee Lindsey.
