Christy Stanford, 50, was born Jan. 29, 1962, in Longview, Washington and died on Nov. 12, 2012 in Kent, Wa. Christy managed multiple Denny's Restaurants for many years. She later moved to the Seattle area and began a career in Sales in the shipping industry. She enjoyed spending time with friends and lover her yorkie, Sasha. Christy suffered many years of debillitating illness yet maintained her independence to her last days. She is survived by her mother, Kathe Stanford, four sisters, Karen Killebrew, Connie Fittro, Jean-Marie Galvez and Jeanette Anderson and a brother, Ronald McCoy. She was preceded in death by her father, George Stanford. A memorial service is planned for 1pm on December 1 at Lakewood Baptist Church in Lakewood, Washington.
