Cindy Jackson Oct. 7, 1958 - Oct. 24, 2013 Thirty years service with King Soopers, retired, dedicated union member UFCW Local 7, part-time employee of Pitney Bowes. Beloved mother of Sara Jackson, grandmother of Sylvia Jackson, Nathan "Jordan" Martinez, and Audrionna Antonio. Preceded in death by father Eugene B. Jackson and mother Elizabeth L. Jackson. Survived by Erma Jean Forbes, Commerce City CO, Robert and Sue Jackson, Columbia MO, sister Janet of Arvada, CO and numerous loved family and friends. She was a much loved family member of Ferman and Jonalee Elizondo, Sylvia Jackson, and pets Flounder and Socks. Special Thanks to RMCC and Michelle Callahan for taking great care of Cindy during her lengthy fight against cancer. Service, Tuesday, Oct. 29, at 5pm, Our Lady Mother of The Church, 6690 E. 72and Ave. Commerce City, CO 80022. Reception 6pm - 8pm. Favorite Color Purple. In 1976, Cindy blended into the family of her best friend Jonnie. Her mother Audrey Brindle, Aunt "Dot", father John (Vi) Brindle, took her under their wings. From these relationships she inherited big sister Janice (Arthur) Callahan, their children Michelle (Ed) Callahan, D.J. (Janet) Callahan, brother Kevin (Dale) Brindle, their children Chris Doughty, Nicole (Spike) Brindle, brother John Michael (Sissy) Brindle, their children, Anthony, Mike and Nick. Great nieces and nephews, Nataly, Briana, Danessa, Christopher, Zander, Bailey, and Noel, which included cousin Dan Matthews. In 1991-92, Cindy met her biological family and learned that she grew up in the same neighborhood with many of them. Cindy's big sister Que, found and introduced her to grandmothers Rita (Fred) Baca, Commerce City CO, and Isabel Estrada, Julesburg. She met grandma Rita's children Rumaldo Baca - CO, Nick Baca - CA, Jake Baca - NE, George (Louise) Baca - CO, Annie (Ferman) Elizondo - CO, Rosie (Louie) Trujillo - NE, and Rita (Felix) Baladez - CO, and their families. Cindy's biological father Raymond Baca was deceased. Cindy's biological mother Rosie Estrada-Martin, uncles Mark and Daniel Estrada and aunt Hopie were all living in Kansas City, and aunt Carmen was in Nebraska. Cindy discovered through big sister Que that she was one of eight children. Her siblings are Kathy (Roy) Frock - MO, Moses (Rosemary) Arroyo - MO, Que Que (Eddie) Ward - MO, Rita (Mike) Malleck - CO, LuAnn Huffman - MO, Raymond (deceased), and Rueben Arroyo - MO. Cindy's life was enriched with the birth of her daughter Sara (1981), grandchildren Sylvia (1995), Nathan "Jordan" (1996) and Audrionna (2007). She enjoyed her life with cousin Ferman Jr. (Jonnie) Elizondo and shared many holidays and special occasions with his son Gabe, daughter-in-law Peggy, and their children Jazmin and Aspen Elizondo. Cindy enjoyed Christmas Eves and family milestones wit her "tio and tia", Ferman and Annie Elizondo. She also shared those moments with their children Joe Baca, Betty (Ron) Carlson, Mary (Jake) Bustos, Ferman Jr., and Mondo (Sonja) DeLaRosa, and their children Vanessa and Larissa (Carlson), Jake and Caleb (Bustos), Deavin and Rylie (DeLaRosa), and young cousins Ania, Dante, Alia, and Lorenzo. She loved her cousin Fred Baca (deceased) and his daughter Shawna (William) very much. She built relationships with her nieces and nephews, Anthony, LuAnn, Adrienne, Moses III, Rene, Angelina, Cynthia, and young Alex, all in Kansas City. Her nephew Michael resides in Brighton. She also loved spending time with cousins Pappas Estrada, Adrianne Baca, Kenny Ray and Ken Jr. Baca. Our family would like to thank Cindy's friends from King Soopers, UFCW Local 7, Pitney Bowes, and wonderful friends Art Reece, Kathy Banham, Julie and 'Woody' Woodman, the Quintana family - Delphina, Judy, Jeannie, JoAnn, and Jesse for all of their prayers, love, support, charitable gifts, food, and just spending time with Cindy during her battle against cancer. To Aunt 'Dinker', Patty Ann, Glenda, Sharon, Betty and Becky, thank you for everything you've done for Cindy in life. She loved you all very much! Uncle Bob and Aunt Sue your relationships with Cindy and your support were priceless! As Cindy's best friend and cousin-in-law, I apologize to all relatives and friends I may have not mentioned.
