Clarence (Ginger) L. Conklin, 80, of Nicholson, PA formerly of Stony Point passed away on October 25, 2019. He was born on December 16, 1938 to Elmer & Nettie (Jones) Conklin. Clarence worked for over 30 years for the New York State DOT. He is predeceased by his wife Fannie (2011), his son Lawrence W. Conklin and his sister & brother Audrey and Harry. Clarence is survived by his loving children Robert of Stony Point, Douglas and his wife Kathleen of Stony Point, David and his wife Lisa of Bloomingburg, NY, Janel & her husband Dave Shirley of Nicholson, PA. His adored grandchildren Dawn, James, Rob, Heather and Allen, his cherished Great Grandchildren Amber, Victoria, Cody, Oliver, Willow, Morgan, Christopher and Lucas and many nieces and nephews. Also surviving is his brother Robert of PA. The family will receive friend & relatives on Wednesday Oct 30th from 5-8 PM at the TJ McGowan Sons Funeral Home 71 N. Central Highway, Garnerville, NY.A religious service will be held on Thursday at 12 PM at St. Johns in the Wilderness Church, The Rev Warren Brandt officiating with Interment to follow in the St. John in the Wilderness Cemetery in Stony Point.
