THOMAS III, Clarence, of Tampa, passed away Thursday January 11th 2018. Clarence was born in Brooklyn, NY and moved to Tampa from Virginia. He loved to cook and was a very friendly and outgoing person. He was always looking on the bright side. He was a Bucaneers fan and a New York Yankees fan. Clarence is survived by his wife Phyllis Thomas and his sons Philip and Wilburt Williams Jr; his daughter Norrell Nash; Brothers Raymond (Mandy) Palmer Thomas, Michael (Christine) Anthony Thomas; 7 grand children and a host of nieces and nephews. He will be dearly missed. Obituary and service information will be posted as soon as it is available.
