MILLS, Clarice Gilbert, 95, of Tampa, FL, passed away July 17, 2014. Born in Dade City, Clarice was a lifelong resident of the Tampa Bay Area. She was passionate in her love of family, friends, and life. Clarice was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Leland Dee Mills, Sr., and is survived by her children, Leland Dee Mills, Jr., and wife Rosalind, Barry Gilbert Mills, Mary Ann Sammarco, grandchildren, Vanessa Mills, and Andrea Mills, brother, Judge John Gilbert, and wife Jean, and many extended family and friends.
