Clarissa Marie Clarke
July 31st, 1927 - September 19th, 2017
Clarissa Marie Clarke, aged 90, passed away on Monday September 18, 2017 at her home in Cape Canaveral, Florida. Clarissa was born July 31, 1927, in Baltimore, Maryland. Clarissa’s soulmate and the love of her life, Carroll, passed away in 2005 and their third son, Patrick, passed away in 2008. Clarissa is survived by her children:, Carroll Jr., Gregory, Brian, Mary, Therese, and Kathy and their spouses; six grandchildren, Erin, Katie, Kelly, Emily, Stephanie, and Earle and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. Clarissa was a member of Our Saviour Catholic Church in Cocoa Beach, Florida and she was a dedicated volunteer at the Mercy House Thrift Shop at the church. Clarissa’s passions were her family and her faith. Her funeral will be held in Baltimore, Maryland. A memorial service will be held at Our Saviour Church in the near future. Family and friends can pay their respects at Lassahn Funeral Home (7401 Belair Road, Baltimore) on Monday September 25, 2017 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. and from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Athanasius Church, 4708 Prudence Street, Baltimore on Tuesday September 26th at 10:00am. There will be a graveside service at Parkwood Cemetery located at 3310 Taylor Avenue, Baltimore immediately following the Mass.
