Claude Phillip Vincent, 73, of Kernersville passed away peacefully Wednesday, December 6, 2023. A native of Richmond County, NC, Claude was the husband of Mary Ellen Christian Vincent and the son of Herbert Vincent and Christine Rogers Vincent, both deceased. Claude was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and later was a real estate agent owning his own business. Survivors include his wife, Mary; daughter, Angela Vincent; son; Phillip Hall; stepdaughter, Maria Johnson; seven grandchildren; four sisters, Carolyn Vincent, Margaret Foreman, Kay Vincent, and Phyllis Vincent; sister-in-law, Mary Ann Gould; and a special friend, Bobby Lucky. A time of visitation and celebrating Claude’s life will be held from 5:00PM to 7:00PM Monday, December 11, 2023, at the Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Services Kernersville Chapel. Interment and committal will be held at 9:00AM Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at the Salisbury National Cemetery, 501 Statesville Boulevard, Salisbury, NC 28144.
