Keith Root, 71, of Caldwell, Formally of Homedale joined his Savior Jesus Christ on Thursday, August 2, 2012 at home of natural causes. Keith had a great love of music and played the steel guitar for many years and is now playing for the Lord. He is survived by his wife Martha Root and six children, Todd Record and wife Donnaleen of Yakima, WA, Chad Record and wife Glenda of Moses Lake, WA, Greg Record of Yakima, WA, Pam Clampitt of Wilder,ID, Julie Withers and husband Bill of Nampa, ID, Dana Root and wife Jeanette of Nampa, ID. Eleven grandchildren: Gage Keith Egurrola, Bethany Clampitt, David Keith Clampitt, Jessica Voss Worthern and husband Tyler, Aaron Burton, Sara and McCaela Record, Keith Root, April Record, Jarrod Record, and Ashley Record. A brother Duane Root and wife Margaret of Homedale, ID and four sisters Frances Ray, Jannie Kessinger and husband Glen, Kathy Reichlin and husband Joe all of Washington State and Carol Schwartz and husband Gary of Homedale, ID. A brother and sister-in-law Ron and Nancy Smith of Caldwell, ID. Several nieces and nephews. He was loved and will be missed by all. Private family service will be held at a later date.
