Scott, Clifford "Neil" 69, of St. Petersburg passed away September 16, 2022 at St. Petersburg General Hospital. Born in Los Angeles and spent his childhood in many parts of the world as his father was in the United States Department. Neil is survived by his loving wife Cynthia, siblings Rob, Pat, Lesley and Caroline. He was a graduate of The University of Virginia. Neil was known as a gentle and kind man and loved by many. He was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and a member of the choir for many years. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus. He enjoyed bird watching and had an avid curiousity. A private service is planned by the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association-Florida Gulf Coast: 1-800-272-3900.
