Clifford John Stack
November 28th, 1934 - April 2nd, 2019
Obituary Clifford John Stack born November 28, 1934 to John and Francis (Kopa) Stack in Mandan, North Dakota. Cliff died April 2, 2019 in his home with his wife and Beloved Animals with him. Cliff had a wonderful life of giving to all. He worked from a young age of 12 years old digging potato's to sell. Cliff also worked for the Mandan School System (Central School) and Cloverdale Meats, all in his hometown of Mandan. He later went on to work at Sweetheart Bakery (Interstate Brands) in Bismarck, North Dakota. When Cliff was in his 60's, he owned and operated his own Lawn Care Business. He had a strong work ethic and would always go out of his way for all. Cliff's main love in life was his wife of 43 years, Clara Marie. He also enjoyed bingo, fishing, camping, gambling at the casino and meeting his friends for coffee and telling stories; sometimes tall stories. He enjoyed singing with family on car trips and sang with family a few times in church for special music; "I Saw The Light" was one of his favorites. Those who have passed before are Cliff's parents, his dear friends Fluffy Nicolson and CPO Robert P. Hamkens and a step-son, Michael Joseph Parcher. Those who he leaves and will miss him so are his wife Clara Marie (Allioli) Stack; his Fur-Babies: -Punky and Cuddles; his children: John and Colleen (Stack) Kirkwood of Fort Collins, CO, Shelly Marie (Stack) Hayes of Millington, Tennessee, Jeff and Terrie Stack of White Creek, Tennessee, Keith and LoiDeen (Stack) Riggs of Bennett, CO, his step daughter Kathleen Marie and Rex Jensen of Port Charlotte, Florida, his brother Monty and Karla Stack of Bismarck, North Dakota, and his sister Janice (Ed) Zachmeier of Mandan, North Dakota, his sister Sheila Boehm of Mandan, North Dakota. His grandchildren: Mandie, Teri, Kelli, Asley, Lyndsey, Breanna, Connor, Steven, and Jessica and 10 great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Cliff's life will be held this summer in Mandan. He will be buried at Mandan Union Cemetery at a later date. His wishes were for all to adopt a Dog or Cat and give them a forever home with love and gentle care in memory of this wonderful man.
