My Life Story Our beloved Cody Shane Correa passed from this life on February 5, 2016 at the age of 18. He was born in Pendleton Oregon on March 1, 1997. Cody was an incredible young man who loved spending time with his family, friends and dog, Jessie. He was quick to crack a joke and could always make you smile. He was an avid fan of The Dallas Cowboys, working out and his F250 pickup. Cody was a Freshman at the University of Idaho studying Agricultural Business and working to become a member of the fraternity, Sigma Chi. In the summer, Cody worked swathing grass seed for his Uncle Devin with “the Crew” driving “the Classic”. Cody will be greatly missed by everyone that knew him. He touched many lives, always in a positive way. His memory will live forever in our hearts and we are proud to call him son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend. Cody is survived by his parents, Shane and Jodi Correa; sister, Nicole Correa; great-grandmother, Cecilia Correa; grandparents, Richard and Cathey Correa; grandmother, Judy Anderson; aunts and uncles: Devin and Melanie Correa, Tom and Tracie McDonald, Dave and Carol Correa; cousins: Garrett Correa, Gage Correa, Brittany Hoffman, Conner McDonald, Jeff and Kathi Correa, Kari Correa and Shelli Correa. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:00 PM on Friday, February 12th at Holy Apostles Catholic Church, 6300 N. Meridian Rd. in Meridian. A funeral procession to Dry Creek Cemetery for the committal service will follow. Please join the family for a reception at The Club at Spurwing following the committal service. Remembrances may be left for his family online at www.AccentFuneral.com. Services are under the direction of Accent Funeral Home, Meridian. We Entrusted Cody Correa's Care To

Accent Funeral Home

A local landmark in Meridian, Accent Funeral Home has been serving the community since 1986. The business was first established with a vision to offer services in a comfortable, homelike atmosphere. This vision is reflected in our building, a Tudor-style home built in 1938 for a local postman. When remodeling the house to accommodate the funeral home, much care was taken to preserve the original architectural integrity of the building. The Accent Funeral Home holds a special relationship with the Meridian community and is sensitive to the area’s changing needs, providing service and friendship to comfort those we serve....
