Condon Ballard

Con Eye Ballard, 74, passed away February 16, 2017 in Olympia, Washington. He was born December 3, 1942 to Edward James and Irena Mae “Midge” Eye. A graduate of Rosedale High School in Kansas City, Kansas, Con served in the U.S. Navy from 1962 to 1966. He worked in a dental warehouse. Con’s liberal sense of humor was peppered with “Con-isms” and he always kept people laughing. He loved to play music on his guitars and banjos. He also was fascinated with flying airplanes and was studying to obtain his pilot’s license. Con was certified in Natural Therapy and also as a Family Herbalist. He was deeply focused this hobby, as well as on the teachings of St. Germain. His great grandfather, Condon Coreldon Cruman Ballard, used to tell Con, “If God would have intended for me to smoke, he would have built me with a chimney.” Con lived by this philosophy, as well as his ancestor’s emphasis on good health. Con is survived by twin brothers, James and Walter Rex; and sister, Frances Anita Eye. He was predeceased by his parents; sister, Nina Susan Eye Resnic; and grandparents, Frank Glen Ballard, Nina Ester Miller, James Walter Eye, and Susan Ethel Harmon.
