Connie Lynne Brewer
January 17th, 1952 - July 16th, 2014
Lexingon, Kentucky Connie Lynne Brewer has been reunited with her soul mate and husband, Donald Joe Brewer in heaven July 16, 2014. Connie was born to the late Robert Pearson and surviving mother Ruth Pearson on January 17, 1952 in Yankton, South Dakota. Connie and Donnie were married in 1970, the same year they graduated from Yankton High School, where they met all of their beloved lifelong friends. Connie attended one year of college to complete cosmetology school while raising her young family in Sioux Fallls, South Dakota, later moving to Rapid City, South Dakota. Connie and Donnie moved to Boise, Idaho in 1985 where they put their cosmetology skills to work by founding For Faces Only, then later Body Essence. Her true interest and dedication lied in the metaphysical realm, far ahead of her time. She was a Master Numerologist, first and foremost, but loved to study herbs, nutrition, essential oils, chakras, auras, astrology as well as skin care. Connie dedicated her life blending beauty with health, while helping people understand their place in the universe and how to navigate their way through life lessons. This was her gift. She shared a deep love for her family and friends with her husband, as well as music, dancing, gardening and Hawaii. In 2007, the married couple moved to Lexington, Kentucky where they enjoyed all that the Bluegrass had to offer by golfing on the rolling hills, placing a few bets on the majestic horses, and meeting even more lifelong friends by joining the Moose Lodge, where they loved watching Kentucky basketball games. Connie leaves behind her son, Jason Brewer and his wife, Jonna; of Boise, Idaho and her daughter, Dree Brewer; Of Lexington, Kentucky, who are inconsolable following the death of their father on September 20, 2012. Her heartbroken grandchildren are Ashley, Hunter and Myles Brewer. Connie's surviving siblings are Russ Pearson, Diane Drotzman, Dale Pearson and Kevin Pearson. I know one day we will all be united again because we have all lost our two best friends. If you would like to share any stories about Connie and Donnie please send them to: Dree Brewer, 816 Surrey Lane, Lexington, KY 40503, so that I can read them over and over and twine them with love and yarn for my brother's children's children. Funeral Information No services at this time.
