Connie Allen Clift

Nicholasville, KY Connie Allen Clift, 69, died October 19, 2016. He is survived by his daughter Diane (Libby) Clift; sons Donnie Clift, Chris Boo (Tonya) Clift and David (Carrie) Farrow; sister Carol (Jackie) Randall; grandchildren Chad Clift, Anthony Linville, Damian Rucker, Michael Clift, Christa Clift and Karlee Clift and great grandchild Sophie Clift. He is preceded in death by his wife Linda Ann Clift; parents Earl and Grace (Durham) Clift; grandson Nick Rucker; sister Elizabeth Sis Richardson; brothers Earl Clift Jr., Louis Clift, Herbie (Joann) Clift, Wayne Clift and William (Freda) Clift. Connie loved the Lord. He also enjoyed mowing lawns, just for the fun of it. In his youth, he would go dirt track racing. Lately he liked to sit on the side of a body of water and fish. Connie was a very social guy, who loved to hang out with family and friends. And to him, nothing was better than watching his beloved UK basketball team. Good times were always spent outdoors, or with his dogs. Connie will be remembered for his frank personality and great sense of humor. Funeral Information There will be a Gathering of Family and Friends from 6-8 PM, Sun., Oct. 23, 2016 at Clark Legacy Center in Brannon Crossing. Funeral service is at 1 PM, Mon., Oct. 24, 2016, followed by the burial at Blue Grass Memorial Garden at 2 PM.
