Survivors include his parents, Cindy and David Appleyard of St. Petersburg, a daughter, Crystal Anderson Appleyard of St. Petersburg, a brother, Kyle Appleyard of St. Petersburg, maternal grandmother, Nancee Clark of St. Petersburg, and paternal grandparents, Mona and Ronald Appleyard of Yorkshire, England. Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes and Cremation Tribute Center-Ninth Street Chapel.
