Craig Montgomery, 54, passed away on Friday the 13th of January, 2017. He was born and raised in Rochester, NY and was a Charlotte resident for most of his adult years. Craig was an avid athlete and outdoor enthusiast who spent many happy days playing hockey, riding dirt bikes, touring on motorcycles, exploring the Piscah forest on mountain bikes, and walking his beloved dog Greta. He was preceded in death by his brother David and is survived by his longtime partner Brooke Meyers, his mother Kathleen Montgomery, sister Cheryl Holmes and multiple generations of his and Brooke's families. Services to be announced. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Charlotte.
