Craig E. Pushee
March 14th, 1958 - February 11th, 2023
Granby-Craig E. Pushee, 64, passed away unexpectedly on February 11, 2023. Born in Machias, ME on March 14, 1958, he was the son of Glen E. and Patricia A. (Minzy) Pushee. Being part of a military family, Craig and his family moved many times before settling in Granby. For the past two years, he lived in Belchertown. Craig will be remembered as a kind man who loved the outdoors and enjoyed hiking and riding his bikes. Through the years, Craig had many four-legged companions, most recently his chihuahua, Yoda. Craig looked forward to time spent in Maine with his dear cousin, Greg. Craig was a beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews who fondly referred to him as Dino. Craig was predeceased by his parents and his beloved sister, Mary Beth Browne. He was the oldest of four children. Craig is survived by sisters Teresa Hart of South Hadley and Susan and her husband, Dennis Brouillard of Chicopee along with longtime neighbor and close friend, Pat Leclair. A visitation will be held Monday, February 20th from 11-12:30 p.m. at the Beers & Story South Hadley Funeral Home. A service will begin at 12:30 p.m. in the funeral home and burial will follow at West Cemetery where he will be laid to rest next to his parents and sister, Mary Beth. Donations may be made in his memory to Thomas J. O’Connor animal shelter.
