Please click link below to view Live Stream https://client.tribucast.com/tcid/191864548 CRAYTON FAY SILLIMAN, 88, of Boise, Idaho, passed away quietly at home of natural causes, on December 20, 2020 surrounded by his family. He was born in Boise, Idaho on November 21, 1932 to Charles and Dorothy Silliman. He attended school in Meridian graduating from Meridian High School in 1950. He helped on the family farm before joining the Navy during the Korean conflict, where he was stationed in Korea and Japan. After leaving the Navy he returned to Boise to attend Boise Junior College and Idaho Barber College. He later was an instructor at Idaho State Barber College. After leaving that post he had his own shop and barbered in Boise until his retirement. He married Renee Vickie Polidori (nee Anderson) on September 28, 1973 in Ustick, Idaho at his home church. They resided in Meridian, Idaho for a time and then moved to Boise, Idaho. Crayton was an avid reader and collected western art. He and Vickie loved to travel and tent camp. In his later years they spent time in Arizona and gave up tent camping for an RV. They especially loved to camp at Yellowstone Park with family and friends. He is survived by his wife of 47 years and two sons, Stan (Amy) Polidori of Sierra Vista, Arizona and Anthony (Jennifer) Polidori of Meridian, Idaho. Four grandchildren, Kyle Polidori Herschend, Tia Ruth-Renee Polidori, Tyler Polidori and Alexandra Bellavia Polidori, Sister Charlene (Hubert) Osborn, several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, December 29th from 4p.m. to 6 p.m. at Summers Funeral Home at 3629 E Ustick Rd. Meridian, Idaho 83646. Donations in place of flowers may be sent to Boise Rescue Mission.
