Curtis John Harris Curt, 63, passed away September 15, 2012 in Olympia, Washington. He was born March 4, 1949 to Ab and Imagene Camus in Olympia. He married Deonna Lynn Glahe on January 18, 1969 at the Lutheran Church in Tumwater. Curt worked for the Washington State Department of Corrections. He built the McNeil Island meat plant from the ground up. Retiring from DOC on October 31, 2011, his name is known everywhere. Curt loved life and lived it to the fullest. He believed in doing things his own way. He loved his family, God, golf and barbecues, and made friends everywhere he went. Curt is survived by his wife, Deonna Harris; sons, Curtis Harris and Tony Harris; daughter, Jacqueline Harris; four grandchildren; brothers, Carey Harris and Damon Camus; and sisters, Teresa Stone, Brenda Brummitt, Gwen Willman and Leah Nelson. “We will all miss him so much.
