Cy Abraham Langford

Cy Abraham Langford was born January 14th, 1998 in Colorado Springs, Colorado and died at the age of twenty-six on August 11th, 2024. He lived in various locations in Colorado his whole life.

Although Cy’s life ended long before it should have, he delighted in the fullness of God which was apparent in every aspect of his life. Through his service to God and others, he inspired, encouraged, listened, empathized, and loved well. Many will remember his infectious, genuine smile. 

Schools attended where life-long friends were made included Colorado Springs Christian School, UCCS, and Moody Bible Institute, where he graduated with a degree in Integrated Ministries. He accumulated more beloved friends on his employment path working mainly with the Navigators organization, with time at Glen Eyrie, Snow Mountain Ranch, and most recently at Navigators Headquarters. 

Cy’s passions included travel (favorite destination being NYC), cooking new, complicated, or unique recipes, going on outdoor adventures both solo and with friends, and caring for others through deeper discussions while having fun in the everyday.

We will remember him for his love for Jesus, his humor, curiosity, and kindness. 

Cy is survived and mourned by both parents, Eric Langford and Lisa (Paul Jarosz) Langford, siblings Noah (Amber) Langford and Ellie (Ben) Quaal, along with loving aunts, uncles, cousins, step-siblings and cherished friends.
