Cynthia Ann Isaacs

Cynthia “Cindy” Ann Isaacs 75, of Fort Collins, Colorado passed away surrounded by her family on September 4, 2024. She was born to Arthur “Art” Walker and Mary “Maxine” Walker (Keener) on November 28, 1948 in Fort Collins, Colorado and grew up in Loveland, Colorado.

She is survived by her Husband, Felix Floyd Isaacs, Jr., Daughters Brandi M. Duran (Jason) of Berthoud, Colorado, Brittney M. Isaacs (Fiancé Dylan) of Greeley, Colorado, Granddaughters Kiersi Cross, Maryah Hart (Colton), five Great Grandchildren; Kodie Wood, Claira Wood, Kendyl Turner, Declan Turner and Brynleigh Hart, many nieces, nephews and extended family members who she adored.

She was preceded in death by her Father, Arthur Walker, Mother, Mary Maxine Walker, Brother Larry Lee Walker (Mary), Sister Judith Kay “Judy” Cummins (Chuck), Grandson Nicholas David Cross and her best friend Pam Horton.

As a child she enjoyed spending time with her grandmother and cousins on her grandparent’s ranch “the Keener Ranch” west of Loveland. She ran track in junior high and high school and was invited to participate in the Junior Olympics. She graduated from Loveland High School in 1966. 

She worked at North Shore Manner in high school and after high school. She then went to work for Scientific Electronics with her mother. She worked for Teledyne Waterpik in Fort Collins, she did clerical work at Triple D in Loveland/Berthoud and then went to work at Colorado Crystal Corporation (“CCC”) in Loveland. She worked her way up in the corporation and became the Production Manager at CCC. In 1999 she left CCC to become a stay-at-home mom. 

Cindy met her husband Felix in 1981, they later married in 1988. They were big fans of the ‘Indiana Jones’ movies which led Felix to nickname her “Cindy-Anna-Jones.” Cindy and Felix bult their dream home near Horsetooth reservoir in 1987 where she lived until her passing and he still lives. 

Cindy enjoyed going to concerts, drag races, listening to loud music and dancing around the house with her sister, daughters, granddaughters and nieces. She enjoyed embroidery, playing the accordion, recreational softball, and visiting with family and friends. She loved being a dance mom and was always excited to help with Brittney’s dance recitals. Many would say that she had a heart of gold and a knack for helping others.   

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at Viegut Funeral Home located at 1616 North Lincoln Avenue, Loveland, CO 80538. An internment will be held at 12:30 p.m. at Resthaven Memorial Gardens located at 8426 S. Hwy 287, Fort Collins, Colorado 80525. A celebration in honor of Cindy will be held at the Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch pavilion located at 2939 N. County Road 31D, Loveland, Colorado 80538.
