Dale Lynne Carothers

Dale was born March 9, 1953 in Sandersville, GA to John and Dorothy Jean (Cummings) Smith. She passed away January 6, 2014 in Lakewood, WA surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her father, John Lennard Tanner, and her brother, James Patrick Tanner. She is survived by her husband – Steven and numerous family members: Mother- Jean Smith of Warthen, GA; Daughter- Patricia Tanner-Patterson, granddaughters- Mollie Elise Patterson, Abigal Rose Patterson, and grandson- John Mark Patterson of Dallastown, PA; Son- Robert Tanner, grandson- George Tanner, and granddaughter- Emma Tanner of Slinger, WI; Daughter- Anne Marie Boyd King, granddaughter Kelcie King, and grandson Kaeden King of Tennille, GA; Son- Randall Carothers, daughter-in-law Stasha Pierpont, and granddaughter Kaylee Nicole Carothers of Lakewood, WA; as well as other extended family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her uncle Jessie Tanner; the former mayor of Renton, Washington. Memorial Service to be held January 15, 2014 3:00 pm at Edwards Memorial Lakewood, 11020 S.
