Dale C. Green, 79, passed away January 3, 2011 peacefully at home, in Salinas. He was born January 31, 1931 in Eugene, OR. He was a member of the Carpenter's Union Local #925 of Salinas; he was proud of his six years service with the National Guard Reserves. Dale was instrumental in the building of Oak Park Community Church, where he was a member, which is now called Celebration Church Salinas. Dale was a strength to his family by providing prayer and spiritual support. His example of unconditional love will always be remembered by his family. He is survived by Sons Rev. Terry Dale (Karen) Green Randal Keith (Ravonda) Green both of Salinas Grandchildren Shara Jason (Liz) Tyler Dylan Daniel Great-Grandson Avan Jayce Green along with numerous Nieces and Nephews Sisters Norma June Hurley of Salinas Carmen Louise Green of Arizona Brother Donald V. Green of Salinas. Preceded in death by his Wife Eva Mae Green in 2004 Visitation will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 5 1-9pm at Healey Mortuary 405 N. Sanborn Road Salinas, CA 93905. Funeral Services on Thursday, Jan. 6 1pm at the Healey Mortuary Chapel. Final Resting Place at Garden of Memories Cemetery 850 Abbott St. Salinas, Ca 93901.
