Daniel Colin Cline

Daniel Colin Cline passed away peacefully August 4th at his home in University Place surrounded by loved ones. Amongst his favorite pieces of clothing was a black T-shirt that read “Cancer Sucks.” Despite his illness he saw beauty surrounding him and lived to conquer life. In his last wishes he demanded that those he loved not feel sorry for him. As a musician known locally as the D-Child he was a Beatles fan that “got by with a little help from his friends” and counted them as his prized possessions and they remained loyal to him in sickness and death. His friends included those he played music with under the band names Biznautics and the Nasty Left as well as many life long childhood friends, schoolmates and fans. He was cherished for his wicked sense of humor and his gentle spirit. Danny attended Narrows View Middle School, Curtis Junior High School and Curtis High School graduating in 2000. He worked in his grandfathers business for couple years before moving on to work with close friend Jesse Landry and his mother Gay Landry at Affairs Café where his appreciation for food blossomed. Danny wasn’t in a hurry to go anywhere including death and often got lost, affording those who loved him the opportunity to slow down and take in the beauty that he saw that surrounded life, including the beauty of his wife Nicole Andrews-Cline. He is preceded in death by his older brother Ryan, and is survived by Grandparents William and Catherine Cline, William and Patricia Birdsell, Aunts and Uncles Kayleen and Pat Faraca, Lorie and Donald Ramsdell, and Wayne Birdsell, by cousins Katie, Kellie and Zach Ramsdell, Chris and Paul Faraca, by nephew Ryan Cline, by parents Daniel and Carla Cline and finally by his brothers Sean Cline and his fiancé Alicia Barger and by Cory Cline and his fiancé Courtney Andrews.
